Pros

Level 1 Sales Managers are excellent, the company culture is great, company perks are awesome!

Cons

Too many priorities put on AEs and not enough support, unclear sales process and no current efforts to keep sales reps on the team - leading to high attrition. The company is transforming, so I recommend asking a lot of questions about quota attainment, attrition, leadership’s plans for the corporate sales teams, etc.
