Pros

Unbeatable company culture and peers who look out for one another. I can talk to any member of the company without feeling like there is a hierarchy.

Cons

Internationally based so there does need to be some workaround when it comes to meeting with colleges from different timezones. There's also a lot to learn when you first jump it so it can feel a little overwhelming. However, there's many helping hands.

Pros

Miro is an incredible company to work for. For a start up, it is very mature and organized with a ton of potential to grow! I love that the team is global and how flexible the work environment is. There is a level of trust that you will get your work done and you don't necessarily need to be in the office 9-5 to do it. Additionally, the company's ability to hire such top talent has helped contribute to our success and consistent growth. The values are transparent and consistent with how people operate at the company - "play as a team to win the world" and "yes to passion, no to bullsh*t". There is a lot of public praise and recognition so people feel valued and recognized too :)

Cons

Because it's such a collaborative environment, you often need several peoples buy in on decisions and can take longer than expected
