Company has grown a lot during my tenure, and there are still some good people here.

Cons

The changes have outweighed the importance of people lately. We also aren't keeping up with the market. Feels like Miro has run it's course and keeps adding to a toolbelt of functionality that is getting clunky to use. It is getting harder to sell wall to wall when this is becoming a "nice to have" tool vs "need to have"

Great people - Everyone is kind and friendly. They are also willing to help. Great management - I have a great manager who allows me to work autonomously and drives collaboration among team members. Great product - first tech company ive worked at where 98% of people you speak too genuinely love the product.
