I’ve never worked with more supportive, smart, and ego-less colleagues. Minimal politicking and everyone is focused on doing what’s right for our customers. Leadership is empathetic and communicates earnestly. Experimentation is in our DNA, so I’ve found that this is a welcoming space to try new approaches, learn, and iterate. Self-starters will thrive here.

Pace of change is rapid and that means plans & priorities will change - communication & context around this is not always cascaded down to the teams when this happens.
