Miro is a place where you can fully realize your potential, where everybody is supportive and friendly, where you feel that you are not just a human resource for your employer but a human being and all your desires and needs are satisfied. I'm happy to have joined the Miro family and hope that I will contribute to its development a lot.

Cons

I haven't found any disadvantages of working at Miro and doubt that will ever do.

Miro has grown massively within the last year and many employees are "new", which creates a culture of inclusiveness and a will to work together to keep Miro the leader in the whiteboarding space.

Cons

Your typical growing pains within a high growth environment: Processes are not fully defined yet, people's bandwidth is tight as we grow out more teams, etc.
