Miro has a very open and collaborative culture; everyone is willing to help out and answer questions. There is also a palpable sense of being a team, even across the various departments in the company.

Cons

Miro is an exceptionally fast-paced environment, which is a con for some folks and a pro for others; take it as you will.

Pros

Miro has done an excellent job at fostering relationships with managers and coworkers while working remote (makes sense given the product). The culture is top of mind, and even as we continue to grow, staying connected has been a breeze. Professionally speaking, the training and continuous learning has been top class and there is frequent communication with top-level leadership, even for entry level positions. Management is very supportive of work/life balance.

Cons

Depends on your view of it - since this is still a start up, it is very fast paced which can be off putting to some people.
