Pros

Growing company with big future. Very impressed with what Mirra offers its employees regarding insurance, PTO, and vacation. Mirra Co. Inc. is professional but the family atmosphere is UNMISTAKABLE. Training and cross training in nearly every field; management is great about promoting from within and training employees in various areas.

Cons

The company is growing; we may need a bigger parking lot!

Pros

Friendly atmosphere, Helpful Co-workers, Fast-paced work, Good benefits. Mirra co has been busy and it seems like the company will be growing due to work demands. The management's knowledge of day-to-day activity makes the work run smoothly.

Cons

There will be a demand for more employees soon. Some workers have been pulling more than their weight because there is a lot to do. But to me that seems like a good thing. It makes for an exciting work place.

Naturally we experience some growing pains with any amount of change even if it is for the better! We are recruiting employees who are well-seasoned in the industry as well as those with less experience but with proven suitable skills, capabilities and expertise.
