Pros

Amazing teams who work along with you. Great opportunities for education and expanding your employment options. Patient care is the priority.

Cons

n/a Salaries could be a little better although I think they are working on this. Vacant positions could be filled a little more quickly so that staffing is sufficient.

Pros

Team's commitment to quality and safety are ever present. Our team goes through "it happened here" stories as learning in order to create safer and best care for our patients. I really like the emphasis on this. Very different than my last hospital.

Cons

Healthcare is rapidly changing. I think all hospitals are having struggles with reimbursement. So this is true here too.
