      Collegial environment, Experienced and talented colleagues, Team-centric culture. Massive effort to recapture a great reputation. Acting CEO Deanna Santana is MUCH improved over recently fired CEO Lynne Ford.

      Cons

      Recent technological overhaul hurt reputation among clients.

      - Mission-focused company - Diverse employee base - Friendly and respectful employees

      Cons

      - Base salary is on the lower end and should be better aligned to the job, especially given years of experience, educational background, and years of making a positive impact at the company - Vacation is only 3 weeks for many employees and you need to wait EIGHT YEARS to get a 4th week! The company is behind the ball in this regard, as many firms offer 4 weeks (even some unlimited) if not immediately then at least much sooner (ie by year 3 or 5 of service).
