Work / life balance, sometimes working nights though, covering different shifts

Cons

Compensation is way less , than described as “average” during hiring process. Dishonest, unprofessional and unethical management, treat the clients and employees bad as not experienced anywhere before, customer service not helpful, very uneducated on retirement accounts

The employees are very supportive of each other and there is a lot of positive energy to get the organization back to operational efficiency. New leadership is very supportive and offers a lot of flexibility.
