      The people are friendly and down-to-earth, and the work environment is positive with a good work/life balance. The company has been through a lot of change and is evolving the culture to focus on growth with a clear strategic vision. Senior management is aligned on the strategy and collaborates toward collective goals. Employees are very tenured and experienced, so there is a lot of organizational knowledge and history to build on. New leadership and experienced talent recently added to the organization are igniting fresh thinking and renewed energy and focus. Compensation and total rewards are competitive.

      The company has recently overcome a period of transition that had far-reaching organizational impacts. There are some remaining battle scars in a few functional areas that will take time to heal; however, leadership is steadfast and committed to the vision and people are energized by the strategic direction.
