Pros

MSQ is under new leadership led by a CEO that has a vision of broadening the company's appeal to it's current clients, and targeting new clients by becoming a more full-service financial services company. It's exciting.

Cons

The jury is out on whether this new direction will be wise. Our current clients may sense the shift that we have gotten more sales oriented as opposed to current status as service oriented, and the field may not like the culture shift necessary to become more sales oriented.

Pros

Most employees are trying to do their best for public servants.

Cons

Downward trajectory for years, more so since loss of largest client. Huge turnover at all levels especially at the top. Constant cost cutting by reducing benefits, workforce, and physical locations.
