      We've experienced significant change over the past three years. While things are stabilizing, there are still areas facing growing pains and slower-than-expected adoption. However, for most, there's a renewed sense of energy and excitement in the air.

      Pros

      Absolute 180. Amazing how fast the company has changed culturally as well as the platform. Strongest leadership this company has had in forever. The new CEO, Andre Robinson has been a catalyst for positive change and growth. It’s also amazing to see his personality and excitement alongside our Chief Revenue & Sales Officer, Andrew Whiting. It’s about time we have Execs matching Andrew’s energy and passion. All the new additions to the firm are bringing the same level of energy and abilities to get things done.

      Not many cons other than I would like to see the company pay employees based on financial services firms and not ‘ not for profit ‘ firms.
