      Pros

      Culture - people have a helping spirit. CEO - he has a grand vision for the company. Mission - I genuinely feel like MSQ tries to live out their mission to serve those who serve others. Flexibility and Autonomy - I create my schedule. Management is relaxed if you just do your job well. Management- I really do get the sense they care. There is a lot of great people here. Just do you job. Put in the honest 40.

      *The culture has been positively changing. Employees are being empowered and we are bringing fun back into the workplace *Leadership is transparent and very accessible *We have a clear vision and there is excitement about the future and possibilities *True work/life balance

      Cons

      *It is a journey moving in a positive direction but we are still overcoming some of the cultural legacy issues - change management is key to overcoming it *We still have a few things that need to catch up with the growth and positive change
