Pros

Paid holidays and, occasional, weather-related closings. Free classes to employee or transferrable to immediate family members. On-site, full service health center with pharmacy and professional consultants at Springfield campus. Internal transfers for additional opportunities and advancement. Discounted event tickets when available.

Cons

Parking fees although, from what I understand, reasonable compared to other universities. Parking spaces can be limited early in the fall semester; however, shuttles are readily available.
