      Pros

      I am a GA and am happy to have a boss dedicated to mentoring me amd helping me grow. Fantastic enviromnent with helpful people.

      Cons

      I hear terrible things about HR, though I am paid through the fraduate college and heven't had to work with them directly.

      Pros

      The vacation time is better than anywhere I've seen. Full time positions often come with 20 vacation days per yer plus up to 2 weeks off at Christmas and a handful of holidays. The health and dental insurance are also decent.

      Cons

      Merit-based raises are difficult to come by. Most annual raises are given across the board, but are generally rather small.
