Pros

Outstanding support from upper level management (Dean of the Graduate Office), work-life balance (flexible and adjustable schedule in accord to your needs), training and development opportunities (learning process throughout 2 years with the bests), and the opportunity of meeting brilliant individuals (faculty and students).

Cons

There were not cons in particular. However, having some type of health benefits would help.
