Pros

This is a great place to work. It allows me to use my personal judgements and make my own decisions. The working schedule is flexible to accommodate classes and even my personal affairs. I always have a good time in the office. Everyone is working hard in the office. We share things together

Cons

The whole school system wasn't running very efficient overall. The coordination and communication between departments should be improved.

Pros

MSU is a great place to study and education level is high and constructive. Being a GA allowed me to pay for my school while making some money. I gain a lot of experiences and interacted with several people. MSU is very international so you might see a lot of Asians and people from many other countries of the world.

Cons

Perhaps it was not a good career path after finishing being a GA with 2 masters. The addition of being an international student makes it a little harder but no impossible. You gotta keep trying and applying.
