      Easy work, difficult to work with department head

      Really east work, flexible hours make it good for college students to work when they can. Sense of accomplishment when helping out.

      Cons

      The new management that has taken over really change the whole culture of the job... for the worse. Went from lax to really strict, when it isn't needed to be

      Pros

      AMAZING learning environment. Worked on cutting edge projects. Worked with a couple of very knowledgeable staff. Extremely helpful bosses. You can ride the shuttle to work from campus. Flexible hours. Flexible time off for school.

      Cons

      Occasionally had to field CMS help desk calls. Pay was below average for the work. Some of the other student works are sub par performers. Those are the only two negatives I can remember.

      Pay, Missouri State is lagging behind in this area, but then again... all schools are cutting and tightening their belts
