Pros

Great program for students to reach their potential

Cons

No retirement or benefits for professors working in China. In fact, they hire through the Chinese university so they can pay less and don’t need to pay benefits. The local management is great but the stateside administration does not know what’s going on in China.

Pros

It was a pretty relaxed atmosphere for student workers that encouraged skills development and allowed for a lot of flexibility to accommodate classes.

Cons

The pay was terrible and upper management had an excellent knack for micro-managing things that shouldn't have been, while failing to properly deal with the things they should have been.
