Stable company with good benefits

Pros

Good benefits and overall good people to work with. Very stable company and people tend to stay with the company for a while. Great products that are continuously evolving. Company has a good grasp of the future in the industry.

Cons

Employees are not always recognized for their work. Often promotions are made based on who you know instead of merits. If you are liked and you are with the "in" crowd then things are good, if you do your job and work hard, but are not in the "in" crowd then you are not recognized. Very male dominated company few women in management positions. Despite all of this I still would recommend the company to others.

Every year makes sure you can't make the money you did the prior year. Cuts commission pay, raises objectives changes policy
