Friendly environment, agile development, not an AI farm

Cons

No cost of living adjustments. No equity increases. No market rate adjustments. Minimal yearly pay raise that rarely exceeds the rate of inflation. Expect permanent pay stagnation or degredation.

Pros

Nothing your working for free, they con you into a 10-99 job which has everything that a regular job has but they don’t pay you unless you sell

Cons

The team they have at corp office only cares about their own issues and do not like helping out the independent reps. It’s like pulling teeth to get them to do anything. No support in any way. People that buy their software cancel with in 30 days, and they charge back the sales rep and don’t do anything to try to save the account. Unless of course it’s one their inside team sells aka inbound calls team that steals from shops that we talk to and then call the call center. This is a joke of a company don’t buy their lies, they want you to work for free and make you do the same stuff you get a salary and benefits for, for nothing.
