Pros

The informal culture and lately the WFH policies.

Cons

There's a lot of preaching and doesn't exactly translate to actions on ground. For a company which says Transparency is one of the core values, it hardly follows or values it. Recently, they've let go of 38 employees stating COVID and cost-cutting. The way the employees are fired is extremely unprofessional and unethical. There is no process in place, feedback is never formally shared and the employee is never given a chance to work on his improvements, which leads an autocratic-work environment. Career-wise, one of my biggest regrets joining this company.

We had a great opportunity to interact with management and HR to discuss the issues as well as career path.The policies are superficially employee centric and it's an overwhelming experience to be working with a company. Everyone in the management are transparent. Apart from work the extra refreshing activities are one of the best in this COE.

Cons

COE has certain standards and dont want to cross them .
