      If you're desperate for a place to get started, they aren't bad

      Pros

      Willing to give a chance to inexperienced developers. A chance to build experience with technologies which are in demand. High morale in the sales and support departments. Office grounds are pleasant. An excellent source of contract work. Would recommend for contractors.

      Cons

      Pay is low and developers are not treated with respect. As a result, morale is very low, and they have a very high turn-over rate. They had difficulty attracting experienced talent, so there were a lot of inexperienced programmers with no mentoring. Upper management is unprofessional and vindictive. They also seem inexplicably dismissive of quality control. Expect to be micromanaged, but not well. Some of this may be due to the parent company, which could be placing unreasonable demands on local management.

      Pros

      I've never worked for an organization that has cared more about both the advancement of the company as well as each individual employee. They really try to make your life as easy as they can (as long as you put effort into your job) with excellent benefits, opportunity for advancement and the willingness to be open with both other employees as well as management. The CEO genuinely cares about all employees and always has an open door.

      Cons

      A lot is expected of you during training and it can be a bit tedious but also really helps give you a strong foundation for what you will be doing in your position.
