      Pros

      Company is a leader in the industry. There is good work life balance and there are a lot of smart, committed people working there. A friendly work environment. Product line fulfills diverse client needs and seems to be successful within the space.

      Cons

      There are not enough opportunities for growth. The pace is alright, but there is a lot of potential for growth that is not being exploited.

      Managers think work is your life

      Pros

      Benefits wise, we have 18 days PTO, which seems to be better than average. Pay is also OK, a little better than average I think.

      Cons

      Managers don't know how to push back schedule! They only know how to push engineers to work over time and work on weekends. So if you are workaholic, this company is for you. Benefits wise, no 401k match, no free medical insurance.
