      Pros

      I really appreciate the direction is Mitratech is taking under new leadership - there is significant focus on training, people development, and growth opportunities. Management is approachable and focused on the clients' success. Lots of interesting projects to engage in that actually seem to be making a real difference.

      Cons

      So many projects going on that it can get overwhelming, but I think they are all for the right reason. Lots of new hires means a lot of mentoring and coaching, but everyone is super talented and engaged.

      Aggressively hiring and growing the company. The product is good and the market served has good growth potential which should keep the company moving in the right direction. The company has recovered well from prior management leaving.

      Cons

      Rapid growth mode. Need to manage the growth in a positive way.
