      Pros

      Career path was wide open to choose. Management encouraged choice. Allowed flexibility to tele-commute.

      Cons

      Company targets were tightly guarded during bonus disbursement.

      Pros

      I'm guessing that this is a great place to work if you're just getting out of school and looking to start a career. Wanting to work out of Austin is a plus. Extremely helpful HR department. Company's Mission Statement = make money. And top management is very upfront about money being their top priority. They call it being "transparent".

      Cons

      Watch out if they buy up the company you're currently working for :) Seriously, I wasn't with this company long enough to know the good OR the bad. My sense is that if you care more about helping your clients and less about billing them, this is not the place for you.

      Pros

      Free coffee, free snacks, and monthly birthdays and happy hours. Opportunity to grow, if the employee has the desire to look for it and take it. Managers will work 1:1 with their employees to help them obtain their goals. Great health benefits and time off.

      Cons

      Although it is something that is being addressed, there are some clear separations between departments, so the environment is not entirely cohesive. Sales people are often spoiled.
