      Great Culture and Smart People

      Pros

      I really enjoy coming to work at Mitratech - the people are smart, enthusiastic, and fun to be around, the leadership is open and transparent about how we are doing as a company, and the work is interesting.

      Cons

      There's always alot of change going on, so you have to be prepared to roll with the punches. The salaries aren't the highest in the market.

      Pros

      I've never worked for an organization that has cared more about both the advancement of the company as well as each individual employee. They really try to make your life as easy as they can (as long as you put effort into your job) with excellent benefits, opportunity for advancement and the willingness to be open with both other employees as well as management. The CEO genuinely cares about all employees and always has an open door.

      Cons

      A lot is expected of you during training and it can be a bit tedious but also really helps give you a strong foundation for what you will be doing in your position.

      Pros

      Mitratech's the right size where change can happen and it does. Change can be uncomfortable for people who want to come into work and experience the same thing every day. I sure don't. I like the fact that people are open to solving problems for the business and hearing my opinion.

      Cons

      Providing technology to a client base that isn't very technical has its challenges. They don't always appreciate the extra mile because of it.
