      Positive Environment in a Growing Company

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity and great culture. Leadership team really cares for the company and the employees. Company has a proactive long-term plan for their place in the market. Open PTO actually means open PTO. While you obviously can't abuse this, the company actively pushes for employees to take time off.

      Cons

      With acquisitions as part of the company growth strategy, expect change. I don't think this is personally a con, but for some people this can be extremely stressful. While the company is extremely stable and has been around for a long time, some aspects of the business feels a little startup'y. Lean teams, small workspaces at corporate, and many remote sales reps.

      Pros

      Never had a better job, my boss is easy to speak with and relate too. No one talks down to me, no aggressive or hostile interactions.

      Cons

      Some of the requests from outside my department can be a bit unreasonable. But generally after speaking with them, they can be brought down to a reasonable project.

      Pros

      Great product lines, forward thinking leadership team that cares about what's best for the company and employees as a whole. First company I've worked at that actually lives their core values and co-workers are smart, sharp, and driven professionals.

      Cons

      Acquisitions cause a bit of culture disruption and it takes awhile for the new normal to form - but it's only gotten better as time goes on.

      Thank you for the review. It's true that core values are easy to list but much harder to live by and demonstrate.
