Core values were (still are) always so important at Mitratech and those core beliefs cascaded throughout the organization. Culture is so important to a company and Mitratech leadership did a great job of maintaining the culture as the company grew.

Cons

No real cons. All companies experience challenges and Mitratech typically responded well.
