      Pros

      I really enjoy my coworkers and the experience I’ve been able to gain. Lots of opportunity for movement and promotions

      Cons

      I’ve had a lot of managers, most of them great but some micro manage everything and are resistant to advancement and positive change. Company culture has shifted a lot, I wouldn’t say positively. People are overworked and instead of hiring more the solution has been to have a few “wellness” days a year where everyone gets the day off. I think this is silly as we are supposed to have unlimited PTO
