Cons
For a company founded in 1987, its processes (lack thereof) and team members are very green. The company has a value statement of Ownership, Transparency, and Continuous Improvement which is just that – a statement. When you emulate these values you will be perceived in a negative light. Also be cautious of the hierarchy when in a position of leadership, they say they want you to create process but when you do so you will be seen as “not a team player” or “stepping on toes”
