Growing company with lots of opportunity

Pros

The culture is very young. The management team is trying hard to implement best practices and make a world class company. Pay and benefits are good. Working conditions are good and the sense of "Team" is growing. Lots of opportunities for growth both within a current position and opportunities for new positions.

Cons

Because many of the people are fairly new, there is some history of a lack of product knowledge. The company tends to hire a lot of very young, in-experienced people. Lots of talent, but not always an understanding of the real world. Being based in the field can be a little bit isolating.

Pros

Moving in the right direction since acquisition by Vista. Investing in staff, training and products to move the company forward and correct some of the errors of the past.

Cons

Still experiencing some pains from the transition. Support still having some issues but mostly due to bring all support in house.

Pros

I'm guessing that this is a great place to work if you're just getting out of school and looking to start a career. Wanting to work out of Austin is a plus. Extremely helpful HR department. Company's Mission Statement = make money. And top management is very upfront about money being their top priority. They call it being "transparent".

Cons

Watch out if they buy up the company you're currently working for :) Seriously, I wasn't with this company long enough to know the good OR the bad. My sense is that if you care more about helping your clients and less about billing them, this is not the place for you.
