Pros
The CEO is amazing. He is supportive and laid back. He gives people chances and opportunities that would take years to achieve at other companies. There are a lot of opportunities for growth as long as you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves. They are large enough to provide many services but small enough to be nimble. They care about employees and it is easy to make changes.
Cons
There are people there that are bringing down the morale and ruining the culture. However, this is a small percentage compared to the large part of the company that are great people.
