Pros

- Work / Life balance is amazing. The monetary benefits provided are amazing also. - Complete autonomy and trust to do your job. - The SDR manager is the best manager I've had. - They are constantly trying to improve everything. - The CEO is really involved in his operation.

Cons

- You are hired as a contractor outside US, but it's really not that bad. They use Deel and it's been great so far.

Pros

Seemingly exciting startup with all the right accolades to draw in new customers.

Cons

Founders have no understanding of how to run a company, making sudden decisions and constantly changing direction. They pretend to care and make you feel important, but burn through employees without giving it a second thought. Don't let them fool you. No technical pragmatism - choosing the "latest and greatest" without actually vetting, instead of reliable technologies. Do not work here.

Pros

Mixmax is such a wonderful place. The culture is the best I have seen at a company, and everyone is inclusive. The product is a "need to have," simple yet powerful platform for all customer-facing teams, and is fun to sell.

Cons

I haven't run into any.
