Pros

- Founding team has a deep background in some of the premier communications products in the world (Skype, Apple, Gmail, etc.). They know what they are doing and it's reflected in the product and experience. - Sweet office in South Park - Tight knit team - Incredibly nimble engineering team that pushes product fast - Organic stream of inbound leads due to viral nature of the product (sales dream) - Fanatical customers - Profitable business with rocketship growth month over month - Fun culture, tons of career opportunities, and a high growth environment

Cons

-Like any start-up a lot of the process/repeatability is still being ironed out. -There are quite a few adjacent competitors -We are outgrowing the office

- High investment in employee growth and development - Lots of autonomy and opportunity for ownership - Company is profitable and growing fast - I like literally everyone who works here - Awesome office and location in SF - Great for remote! Big existing remote team, pro-remote communication practices - People genuinely care about each other here - personalized birthday and anniversary gifts, etc. - Generous time off policy

Cons

- Engineering team needs to improve diversity - Still building out a lot of important processes (though this is also an opportunity!)
