Incredible company with incredible opportunities

Pros

- A team that cares - I've truly never worked somewhere where the team cared and supported each other so much. - An incredibly skilled team - everyone on the team is GREAT at what they do. - Difficult technical challenges to solve - I joined Mixmax to work on hard technical problems and to scale a company to true scale (billions of events a day), it did not disappoint.

Cons

- Lack of product and sales focus (at first), but one of the best things about Mixmax is that everyone is engaged in identify and working on problems - continuous improvement is a mantra that the company lives.

Pros

I get to work with a widely distributed company. My managers care about my success and my team works closely together to achieve our personal goals. We have great monthly WFH benefits. Watching our product team make major improvements has been a wild ride as well! I'm excited for the future of Mixmax.

Cons

Not too many cons. We have a super supportive team, great management, and realistic goals.

Pros

- Lots of freedom to learn the process and start-up - close to commute

Cons

- if there was ever a feeling where performance is dictated to what you can control, Mixmax is definitely not the place for you. - Bugs and issues with the product fail during demos with no help from engineers - Leadership fails to identify issues and maintains to feed 2 top reps while consistently failing to ramp any new hire. - Out of the last 5 hires 3 were let go due to insufficient pipeline. - No incentive for AE's to really stay in the company. Low pay, 120k OTE is unattainable due to ridiculously high quota. - promised 70% inbound and instead 40% inbound is what is provided - no clear product path - Not sales driven even though it is a sales product
