Pros

Company knows what they're doing and where they're heading. Internal communication on expectations and what's needed to be successful is clear and communicated often to remove any doubt as to what my role is here. All teams are hiring, the company is growing as the demand for our software is increasing on a daily basis. There is a, relatively, new leadership team in place (less than 1 year) and these guys seem to know what they're doing as the results are definitely showing and indicated on our job board for open positions. Company brings in food 3X a week from an outside caterer - plenty of snacks, drinks and food to eat in between. Great benefits, 401K, gym and parking reimbursement and over all great people to work with

Cons

Change is a constant and clearly not for everyone so if you're looking for stability and consistency - go work at a publicly traded company! If you want to build something from scratch and willing to roll up the sleeves and get your hands dirty - visit our careers page.

Pros

The Mixmax sales team provides great experience because it's continuing to grow but has strong/ steady leadership. This gives sales reps the opportunity to learn on the job while also having an impact on the team.

Cons

If you can't roll with the punches this place isn't for you. Things are changing constantly as they do at most startups. Some people thrive in that type of environment, but others need more structure. That structure is being built but it's not done yet

Thanks for the feedback and information! Still a lot of work to do but feel we are definitely on the right path to building a solid foundation. I think you said it perfectly; "if you can't roll with the punches this place isn't for you" Those words couldn't ring more true and has become the foundation which the sales hiring team used to re-evaluate our hiring process to ensure we hire the right individuals moving forward. As always, please keep all feedback coming - both positive and negative as it's the only way we'll grow and get better.
