flex time possibility to wfh broad range of technologies to learn good travel package no overtime nice people relaxed atmosphere in the office friendly administrative staff CEO is really a nice guy

Cons

sometimes long travels abroad some projects are really boring or use very outdated tech sometimes you work with idiots and your complains do nothing because they're from client company
