They Are Looking in Mexico; Avoid Mobica Like the Plague
Pros
it has great office. the site manager overall is a good person albeit, he has been easily manipulated by power hungry people.
Cons
they are desperately looking for senior engineers; their business is growing for sure however, shall you join, know that you won't be as valuable as say, HR. don't expect all your qualifications to be taken into consideration, e.g., you may have plenty of experience leading a project and you are good at it but, if there is somebody else who is also an engineer but desperately talks the right people into becoming the leader, he will get it since you also happen to be a great developer. you end up in a situation where people who are mediocre at both developing and leading, get a better position than somebody that might be great at both roles.
