Due to the continuous growth it is a great place to develop a career, lots of opportunities for people to advance if they are good and ambitious.

Sometimes growing so much it is hard to keep up with the development as everything is moving so quickly

* 100% payroll * above average benefits * flexible times * travel allowance system is better than other companys i have worked

Cons

* current projects are not challeging * everybody is afraid of HR. if you arent good friends with them your carreer wont progress too much. if you are good friends with them, your carreer will improve even if you lack the skills. * lacks skilled technical leaders (senior and beyond)
