Pros

Company growing which brings with it lots of opportunities. Also the nature of the business brings with it variety in the work, specifically working with different technologies and different clients.

Cons

Some growing pains but this presents an opportunity to be involved in the solution

Salaries are ok I guess.

Cons

One of the worst companies I worked for. I'm a mobile developer. When I asked for test devices they told me to use my own phone. The office in Warsaw is pitiful. The people are awful and so is the atmosphere.

Amazing company benefits. Good progression routes and development opportunities. Organised office social events to maintain team support. Although this is a growing company, there's still the culture and values of a small company.

Cons

Implementing changes tends to happens slowly.
