Pros

Lot of really smart and nice people. Lot of company events. Lot of projects with different technologies. Option to travel to customer sites. Additional holidays. Very good working atmosphere

Cons

Lack of trainings, Equipment (laptops) to work are not the fastest on the market - this is because mostly clients provide machines for engineers to work on and if you are working on a fixed price project then you need to use your mobica laptop.

Pros

Helpful colleagues, friendly environment, excellent technically competent people to work with and nice office location well connected by public transport. HR people are nice and approachable and always eager to help you with any issue.

Cons

As a service company project depends on clients, which project you will be assigned to is depend on the resource requirement.
