- nice people, friendly atmosphere - good start point for students, juniors etc. - flexible time arrangement

Cons

- hard coded 'low cost' philosophy - poor base salary, poor annual increase - boring and unambitious projects focused mainly on bug fixing or maintenance of existing solutions - poor social packet, no extra benefits
