Pros

If you like to travel then you will enjoy. Friendly environment. Flexible schedule.

Cons

Management is not so good, sometimes you need to fight to get what was signed in the contract. Projects are good for starters but not challenging. If you don't like to travel you will have a bad time.

Cons

Traveling - Even though you are normally asked, they have the right to send you to work to a different place, making it hard in case you got family.

nice people, projects allowing to travel if people want to, you can refuse to participate in project if its not something what you want to do

Cons

salary lower from one which ofer other companies on local market, you have to fight on salary review
