6yMobileCause cares deeply about employee satisfaction and we take this type of feedback seriously. We pride ourselves in supporting equal opportunity, and we stand against racism, sexism, and ableism. We urge you to raise these type of issues directly with the HR department, so that they can be properly addressed (our HR department has not received any complaints alleging racism, sexism, or ableism, at least during my tenure (since April 2018) and I’m not aware of any before then, either). Finally, we’re happy to take offline and address directly your feedback about being inundated with “legal documents”; this is certainly not our intent – in fact, we’re not aware of any legal documents that current employees are signing, or being asked to sign, so please contact us offline so we can address this issue.
