It's a good place to grow IMO

+ Lots of bright people around, I felt I had plenty to learn from others + good camaraderie + weak hierarchy, the ideas of junior developers get attention + socially beneficial business with considerable impact + there's openness to lateral initiatives. It's a meritocratic place. + no micro-management. My managers gave me goals to meet, not detailed instructions on how to achieve them.

Cons

- the organization is only belatedly adopting good software engineering practices.

Very interesting job, amazing people, and amazing bosses. Salary is good and so does the stock benefits.

Cons

More strict in comparison to other High Tech companies, a little cheap in office goodies [had to bag for a new monitor, no alcohol is allowed at the office..]
