Pros

Fun work environment, entry level management, company prefers internal promotions instead of external hires, competitive pay

Cons

Slow maintenance repairs, can take months to get something simple fixed, district managers are hard to contact and hard to get down to your location

Pros

Outside/ inside, a lot to learn, not to repetitive, keeps you on your toes, fast paced (at times), friendly customers, free carwashes, fairly easy, works around other schedules.

Cons

Not allowed to work 40 hours a week (unless you're GM), not a lot of communication between higher-ups and store employees, a lot of the business is played by ear it feels like.
