Flexible Schedule, Fairly Easy Work

Cons

Middle and Upper Management. Training. Micromanagement, No Phones, military like uniform policy, must pay for uniforms.

- Great customers - Work outside - Somewhat commission

Cons

- Money hungry - Doesn't care about the customers - Doesn't care about their employees - Forces you to buy a $50+ uniform pack before getting hired - Forced to wear dark colored pants whilst its 95+ degrees outside - Entire car wash held up with zipties - Hires the cheapest people possible - Will blame anyone possible for any issue no matter what - Instead of getting professionals to fix whatever issues there may be, they do DIY fixes. Literally a million dollar company, quit being cheap. From regional director "Well somebodies gotta get blamed"
