Pros

Some of the best reasons to work here is they will work around your schedule. You can always move up in the company. Awesome experience working outside and getting to know the customers. Great place to work if you love interacting with people.

Cons

I feel like HR doesn’t have good enough communication with the GM’s. We don’t get raises no matter how hard we work. It’s a set pay until you move up to a bigger position. Home office always switches things up. It’s always something different every month. It’s confusing and it’s a lot to learn when working at modwash. But the job itself is good.
